Lets Take A Look At… Snowball II

Welcome to the 3rd episode of our series “where did that come from and should I buy it”?

Today we will be talking about another FP prize, Snowball II. This can be collected when you get 1,000 FP after reaching Friendship level 3.

Snowball V, commonly referred to as Snowball II, is the Simpsons’ fifth cat and looks exactly the same as the original Snowball II, who died when a lorry hit her. The Crazy cat lady throws the cat at Lisa while she is mourning the deaths of the other cats that she kept (Snowball III and coltrane). Snowball II and Santa’s Little Helper are the two current pets of the Simpson family.

After the Crazy Cat Lady drops the cat at her feet, Lisa tells it to leave, because any cat that she owns is unlucky and is certain to be killed. As the cat starts to cross Evergreen terrace, Gil drives by in his car. Gil swerves to miss the cat, hits a tree, and his car bursts into flames. Since the cat is unhurt, Lisa takes it as a sign of good luck and adopts her.

Lisa renames Snowball V “Snowball II,” in her words, “to save money on a new dish.” She also vows to pretend the whole thing never happened, Principal Skinner who happens to be walking by and overhears Lisa talking to the cat, asks “Isn’t that a cheat?”, to which Lisa replies “I guess it is, Principal Tamzarian” (referring to when he admitted he was not the real Seymour Skinner, while knowing that the citizen’s of Springfield should never speak of that again).

The cat later becomes overweight after abandoning the Simpsons for brief periods to visit an unknown family. At the other family’s house, she is fed, taught tricks and given the name “Smokey”.

There is suspicion that Snowball V is in fact Snowball II, but there is no proof, except for that she looks like an exact replica. She may even be related to her or an identical twin.

As for should you buy it, you earn it by visiting friends so keep on visiting friends! Also, we have our very own friend section on this site where you can add friends and share your username! Happy tapping! 😀

Telling Tales Part One

Why hello there! You caught me in my inventive mood. I’m sure you will learn a lot about myself and Maxim during our time at this blog, but one thing close to my heart is writing. I love writing. That is why I have decided to start a series of posts called “Telling Tales”. Basically, I’m going to start a story and YOU have to compete to write the next part. Send your potential storylines to TSTOFanworld123@gmail.com. So, you need to know what to follow right? Well here is my start so far. Make yours about ten sentences long.

As Lisa lay motionless on the floor, Milhouse sat at her feet waiting for someone to arrive. He was distraught, what had he done? Suddenly Bart fell out of his tree shouting “Ay Carumba!”. Milhouse looked at Bart disapprovingly as Bart looked at his motionless sister. He felt a tear come to his eye. They both sat there thinking the worst. As they began to reminice how Lisa had annoyed themm btoh, but also helped them, a noise came from behind them. The noise grew louder and louder. As they looked behind, they saw…

The Singing Sirloin

Welcome back to the second episode of our new series “where did that come from and should I buy it”?

Today we will be talking about another item that was recently added to the game, The Singing Sirloin. This is awarded to you when you collect 2,000 FP. This has appeared in a few episodes but this is how it first appears in the Simpsons.

The Singing Sirloin is a restaurant in downtown Springfield where the waiters sing to their customers and serve their steaks “rare, medium, or well-sung.” The Simpsons family went to this restaurant for Marge’s 34th birthday, although she was initially reluctant to go to a restaurant where the waiters sing.

Another episode this appeared in is called “Homer vs Dignity”.

The Simpsons visited the restaurant to celebrate Bart getting an A on an astronomy quiz at school. The waiters sang a song called “Happy First A” (to the tune of “Happy Birthday”) for Bart. However, when Homer’s credit card was rejected, and the Simpsons attempted to dine and dash and were trapped, they ended up having to sing themselves, to pay the debt.

Finally, should you buy it? If this was available to buy for in game money I definitely would but it is completely free! All you have to do is collect 2,000 FP!

The Olmec Head

Welcome to our new series, today we will be talking about the Olmec head, an object that was added to the game today. This can be collected by reaching 1,000 FP( Friend Points).

This appeared in a Simpsons episode called “Blood Feud”. This was the last episode in the second season. In this episode Mr. Burns becomes ill with hypohemia. This causes the hody to run out of blood and so he needs a blood transfusion. His blood type double O negative, is very rare and no one he knows has it. However, Homer discovers that Bart has the same blood and urges his son to donate, promising that he will be handsomely rewarded. Bart reluctantly agrees and his blood saves Mr. Burns’ life. Burns is rejuvenated by the blood and he sends the Simpson family a thank you card. However, Homer isnt happy with a thank you card and writes an insulting reply, but Marge convinces him at the last minute not to send it. The next morning, Homer discovers that the letter is gone as Bart has mailed it.

Bart explains that he knew Homer would probably change his mind, and decided to send the letter before that could happen. Homer desperately tries to prevent the letter from reaching Burns, but fails. Mr. Burns becomes furious and demands that Homer should be beaten. However, his assistant Smithers calls off the beating on the grounds that that is no way to thank the man who saved Mr. Burns’s life. Smithers convinces Burns to instead reward the Simpson family. The Simpsons receive an antique which is the Olmec head that Bart, the blood donor, likes, and which Homer hates. At the end, as the family stare at the head, the Simpsons debate on what the moral of this whole story is. It cannot be ‘A good deed is its own reward’ as Bart got a reward he likes, but at the same time it is not ‘No good deed goes unrewarded’ as they never would have received anything if Homer had not written the angry letter. Homer decides that there is not a lesson to be learned from this, as it’s “just a bunch of stuff that happened, but it still was a memorable few days”.

You may be unsure whether you should buy this in game, however, this specific item can not be bought and is rewarded to you. So keep visiting friends and earn that as it is a very unique episode. Thanks for reading and keep tapping!
